Transport

We safely deliver our ceramic tiled stoves throughout the European Union using external pallet freight carriers.Our main logistics partners are RABEN GROUP, GEIS, and their contracted transport companies. 
Sea freight is provided by KUEHNE + NAGEL.

Safe Packaging

Every stove is carefully packed on a EURO pallet. To provide maximum protection during transport, it is additionally secured with a timber crate. Before dispatch, each stove is thoroughly inspected and prepared for safe transportation.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by an external freight company. Your stove will be delivered on a 9-tonne or 12.5-tonne truck equipped with a hydraulic tail lift.

The driver is required to unload the shipment at the first lockable entrance to the property. In most cases, however, the stove will be placed wherever it can be reached using a pallet truck.

The driver cannot transport the stove over steps, stairs, or unpaved surfaces.

The truck also cannot drive along very narrow roads where tree branches could damage the trailer. This is important if you require delivery to holiday cottages or remote rural areas.

The customer is responsible for moving the stove from the delivery point to its final installation location. Due to the weight of the stove, we recommend arranging assistance from several people or using suitable lifting equipment.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Every customer has the right to inspect the stove in the presence of the driver before accepting delivery.

If you notice any damage or defects, simply refuse the delivery. We will refund all payments you have made.

The shipment is normally insured. The carrier will reload the stove onto the truck and return it to our warehouse.

Shipping Payment

The shipping cost must always be paid in advance by bank transfer to the bank account shown on the invoice that we send after your order has been placed.

Payment for the stove depends on the payment method selected during checkout. In several countries, you can pay the courier for the stove upon delivery (Cash on Delivery). In all other countries, payment must be made through our online store.
